How owner codes work

Why are owner-code rooms cheaper?

Every year, Sun Group gives owners of its villas and resort apartments a number of free nights across the group's resorts. Each owner has a personal code – the “owner code” – to book these nights.

Most owners don't use all their free nights. Sabi Travel takes over the unused nights and sells them to travellers for much less than booking direct, on Agoda or on Booking.com.

You stay at the same resort, in the same room type, with the same 5-star service as every other guest.

Is an owner-code stay the same as booking direct?

Yes. You stay at the same resort, in the room type you chose, and use resort services like every other guest.

How long until I get the room confirmation?

Usually 1–3 working days after payment, depending on the resort's reservations team. Sabi sends the confirmation code as soon as it's issued.

Can I cancel or change dates?

Owner-code rooms are usually non-refundable once confirmed. Please double-check your dates and guest details before paying.

Is there a weekend surcharge?

No weekend surcharge. For holidays and Tet, book 2–3 months ahead as owner-code nights are limited.

Can travel agents get wholesale prices?
