Booking terms

Effective from 26/10/2026.

These terms apply to villa, hotel, resort and travel service requests made through the sabitopvillas.com.vn website, hotline, Zalo or KakaoTalk of Sabi Travel (Sabi Vietnam Trading and Services JSC, tax ID 0317095593).

1. Properties run by Sabi and by partners

Sabi Travel directly operates Sabina Hotel & Villa 2, Sabina Hotel & Villa 3 (Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), Sabina Villa Vung Tau and Sabina Villa Mui Ne. Other villas, hotels and resorts on this website belong to partners; Sabi Travel acts as the advisor and booking agent. Amenities and house rules vary by property; Sabi will let you know when sending a quote.

2. How booking works

  1. You send a request by form, hotline or Zalo. Sending a request is free and is not yet a booking.
  2. Sabi checks availability and sends a quote.
  3. You confirm and pay the deposit stated in the quote.
  4. Your booking is confirmed once Sabi receives the deposit and sends you a confirmation.

3. Prices

Prices on the website are guide prices. The exact price is set in the quote for your dates and number of guests; weekend, holiday and Tet prices may differ from weekdays.

4. Deposits and cancellations

Once the deposit is paid, the booking cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable. For any changes after paying the deposit, please contact Sabi; we’ll help where availability allows.

5. Check-in and check-out times

  • Check-in: from 14:00.
  • Check-out: by 12:00.

6. Extra charges

Extra bed and extra guest charges vary by property; Sabi staff will quote them when you book.

7. Guest responsibilities

  • Stay with the number of guests registered and follow the house rules.
  • Take care of the property; compensate for any damage or loss under the property’s rules.
  • Provide identification at check-in as required by law.

8. Sun Group owner-code rates

Owner-code rates depend on availability and the conditions of each programme at the time of booking. The exact conditions are stated in the quote Sabi sends you.
