Detailed itinerary
DAY 1: VINH TRANG PAGODA – THOI SON ISLET
- 07:00 – 07:30: Pick-up and depart for the Mekong Delta
- 09:30: Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda
- 10:00: Arrive at My Tho port, boat to Thoi Son islet (Unicorn Island): fruit gardens, bee farm, honey tea
- 10:30: Coconut candy workshop, local specialities and rice wine; tropical fruit with đờn ca tài tử music, rowing along small canals, horse-cart ride around the village
- 14:00: Depart for Can Tho
- 17:00: Check in at a 3-star hotel
- Dinner, then free time to explore Can Tho by night
DAY 2: CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET
- 05:00 – 05:30 or 07:00 – 07:30: Boat trip to Cai Rang floating market
- Breakfast at the hotel, visit a local home and try a monkey bridge
- Visit a hủ tiếu noodle workshop
- Lunch and rest at a local restaurant
- 17:00 – 17:30: Return to HCMC, end of tour
