- 07:00 – Pick-up at the Sabina hotel in HCMC
- Transfer to My Tho tourist pier (No. 8, 30/4 Street, Ward 1, My Tho City). Cruise the Tien River past the 4 islets Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise and Phoenix
- The boat passes floating fish farms – learn about river fish farming; view Rach Mieu Bridge
- Thoi Son islet: bee farm, honey-lime tea, dried banana cake, photos with a python, village walk
- Local home on the islet: seasonal fruit and Southern đờn ca tài tử music
- Rowing boat along a small canal lined with water coconuts
